Your Impact: As a People Support Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor across the employee lifecycle—providing clear, pragmatic and human-centred support on matters including employee relations, performance, engagement, and retention. You’ll bring to the table: • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Law, or equivalent experience • Demonstrated customer service mindset that keeps the customer at the centre of what you do • Highly efficient with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail • Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume environment • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust style to meet audience requirements • Flexible and able to operate in a dynamic environment • Broad generalist experience across all elements of the employee lifecycle • Current Working with Children Check for the State or Territory residing in How to apply Click ‘Apply Now’ and submit your application.We review applications as they are submitted.
