About the Company Our client is a forward-thinking organisation currently rolling out a new HRIS and needs an experienced HR Systems Advisor to help bring the implementation across the line. With their legacy system being switched off at the end of August, the clock is ticking. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where your expertise will have an immediate and lasting impact. About the Role This is a hands-on role in the final stages of implementation. You’ll be leading system configuration, data migration, UAT, and end-user training across a suite of HR modules. You’ll work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly and is fit for purpose. The contract runs initially for four months, but there’s strong potential for extension or even permanency. Once you’ve settled in and built strong internal relationships, the role offers hybrid flexibility with 3–4 work-from-home days per week.
