About the Role This newly created opportunity will see you join a dedicated HR Project Team on an initial 6-month contract , working to reshape how HR processes are designed, documented, and delivered across the business. You’ll partner with stakeholders across HR, operations, and compliance to understand how things currently work, identify opportunities for improvement, and co-design solutions that are clear, scalable, and practical. You’ll play a key role in developing the tools and documentation that bring consistency to how HR is done across a complex, high-volume environment. About You You’re commercially minded, hands-on, and thrive in fast-paced environments. With a strong foundation in operational HR, you know what good looks like—and how to document it. You’re confident mapping processes, facilitating conversations with key stakeholders, and breaking complexity into clear, step-by-step instructions.
