The Opportunity As part of the Human Resources team, you will support the Head of People and Capabilities with the delivery of key strategic initiatives and projects, while taking ownership of all operational learning, development and onboarding activities for the business, including: Partner with Program Managers and the Executive Leadership Team to identify current and future skill needs, and support the delivery of targeted learning initiatives; Design and lead engaging training and leadership development programs aligned with business priorities and capability requirements; Maintain up-to-date knowledge of qualification and certification requirements, including Exemplar Global scope criteria, across all programs and standards; Contribute to employee development by aligning competency objectives with the organisational framework and individual growth goals; Ensure compliance with training and certification standards through accurate record-keeping and regular audits; Stay across regulatory and standards changes, assessing their impact on capability requirements and delivering timely updates and training; Manage and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and widely accessed; Support broader change and culture programs, including leadership capability building and employee engagement initiatives; and Track, analyse, and report on learning program outcomes to demonstrate impact and continuous improvement. Required Experience Proven experience in learning and development or training, ideally within a regulated or compliance-driven industry; Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent); A working knowledge of instructional design—or the ability to review transcripts and qualifications to ensure alignment with technical and compliance standards; A flexible, adaptable mindset and a calm approach to shifting priorities; and A naturally curious professional who listens deeply, asks smart questions, and thrives in complex, technical environments.
