ACRWORLD has partnered with Nordex Oceania , a global leader in wind turbine manufacturing and service solutions, to recruit a wind-experienced Service Sales Manager to join their growing Melbourne-based team. This is a key strategic role, driving sales of supply and install and long-term service contracts across utility-scale wind projects. Key Responsibilities Analyse customer requirements and market trends to deliver competitive and strategic service offerings. Prepare project-specific pricing and quotations in line with commercial objectives. Negotiate long-term service agreements and manage contract renewals. Lead pre-sales strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders including sales, commercial, legal and management teams. Manage the full tender process and ensure compliance with internal risk and approval procedures. Coordinate contract amendments and renegotiations to accommodate scope or operational changes. Qualifications Proven track record in a sales role, ideally within the renewable energy , engineering or industrial services sector. Previous wind experience preferred! Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Ability to grasp complex technical solutions and translate them into customer-focused value propositions. Self-driven, resilient and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering, Business, or similar).
