They act for government departments, public authorities and community organisations on multifaceted public liability, personal injury and institutional abuse matters. What You’ll Be Doing: Take day-to-day responsibility for a portfolio of public liability and institutional abuse files. Draft advices, pleadings and strategic submissions for superior court hearings and inquests. Liaise with regulators, instruct leading barristers and coordinate multi-party litigation. Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development initiatives. What You’ll Bring: Admission to practice in Victoria with 4 years PQE in commercial or insurance litigation. Experience in public liability, personal injury or institutional abuse matters. Exceptional drafting, advocacy and stakeholder-management skills.
