The role:You'll manage a diverse portfolio of professional indemnity and public liability matters, with a strong advisory focus:Professional negligence defence across construction, property, engineering, IT, finance, and other professions.Policy wording, coverage advice, and input on new products.Some associated contentious public liability / personal injury matters.Direct client interaction with major insurers and insureds. Who we're looking for:4–10 years’ post-admission experience in defendant insurance litigation.Experience in professional indemnity, public liability, general insurance or personal injuries.A commercial approach, ability to run matters independently (with genuine support and mentoring on tap).
