Description An ASX-listed international energy company is seeking a capable and driven Paralegal or Assistant Company Secretary to join its Melbourne-based legal team on a 10-month contract. Our client is looking for a skilled professional to support its General Counsel & Company Secretary in a critical legal and corporate governance function. This job is suited to candidates with experience as a paralegal or legal executive assistant in an ASX-listed company. The successful candidate will provide key support in legal operations, corporate compliance, document management, investor relations, and board-related matters.
