About the role As a Senior Employer Engagement Manager at Cbus, you'll develop and maintain relationships with new and existing Employers and Employer Associations. This will include: Identifying, pursuing and leading the retention and growth efforts within an assigned portfolio of Cbus's largest Employer Superannuation clients. Creating annual Account Plans that respond to current and future employer needs. Strengthening engagement with key employer contacts through regular meetings and a relationship management plan that engages your Employer portfolio on a regular basis. Identifying opportunities, developing and delivering growth campaigns, including seminars and training sessions on Employer premises Representing Cbus and Media Super at industry events and managing industry partnership arrangements Partnering closely with teams across our Member and Employer Experience business, ensuring an exceptional experience including supporting Employers and Members with their superannuation enquiries There is some travel within New South Wales, as well as a degree of flexibility with hours, required for this role. Experience and Qualifications You'll bring Previous experience in a relationship management role within the Superannuation or Financial Services industry A deep understanding of building customer base relationships, loyalty and driving business development/sales growth. Relevant tertiary qualification, and/or Superannuation or Financial Services industry experience and RG146 Certification Exceptional interpersonal skills; the ability to navigate challenging discussions with diplomacy, and polished personal presentation Commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities The ability to plan strategy and deliver on long-term strategy whilst concurrently managing the day to day Belong at Cbus We value difference, and embrace people with diverse backgrounds, experiences, gender identities, abilities and thinking styles.
