Role Priorities: Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office. Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone, email and/ or in person Manage emails and handle phone calls as needed Rostering and scheduling support as needed Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested Efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel and meeting preparatory arrangements. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in client files, human resource and other Nurse next Door systems and databases Use mainstream software including Google Suite (e.g. Gmail, Google Chat etc) plus Microsoft Office applications incl. Word, and Excel (Intermediate - Advanced skills required) Maintain highly sensitive information (including client health information) with discretion and confidentiality Assist senior staff with special projects as required What we are looking for: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proactive and show initiative; ability to identify (and solve) problems before they eventuate Boundless energy, highly dedicated and committed Enthusiastic to support our team and making lives better Highly organised; you follow established processes and procedures Results driven; you derive real satisfaction from getting stuff done Adaptable, quick learner, and strong multi-tasker Highly proficient with the use of technology (i.e. IT savvy) You live within the Moreton Bay area Role Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services and/ or healthcare setting Tertiary qualifications (minimum Certificate III level) in business/ business administration or similar Open and unrestricted driver’s licence Willingness to obtain a ‘Working with Children Check (i.e. QLD ‘Blue Card’), Disability Screener Check (i.e. QLD ‘Yellow Card) and National Police Check (‘Vulnerable Persons) if you don’t already have these.
