Job Description Plan & Deliver Programs : lead fun, safe, and engaging school holiday programs with input from children and Coordinators Manage Budgets : work with Finance to align budgets, monitor spending, and ensure cost-effective delivery Engage Stakeholders : collaborate with internal teams, schools, and local communities to support and grow the program Coordinate Resources : build and maintain a library of excursions, incursions, and planning toolkits for Coordinators Evaluate & Improve : gather feedback, report on outcomes, and use insights to make each program better than the last
