The role: We are seeking two experienced and committed Centre Managers to lead two newly established, purpose-built 100 place early learning centres located just 20 minutes from Melbourne CBD. These roles are ideal for leaders who are passionate about quality early education, team development, and creating a positive and professional centre culture. What We're Looking For: We’re looking for confident and capable leaders who are passionate about early education and know what it takes to guide a centre through its crucial first phase and beyond. A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Centre Manager Previous experience opening or leading a new centre (highly desirable) Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and regulatory compliance Proven ability to build, inspire, and retain a cohesive educator team A collaborative, solutions-focused leadership style Your Responsibilities: Oversee the full day-to-day operations of a newly established 100 place centre Build and lead a passionate, high-performing team from the ground up Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and drive continuous quality improvement Foster strong relationships with families, the local community, and senior leadership Achieve enrolment growth, staff retention, and a strong quality rating Ready to Build Something Meaningful?
