The program has great staff, facilities and programs to enhance student learning and as a staff member here you will become an integral part of that. The program provides before and after school care for students from Prep to Year 6. Your new role Your responsibilities as the OSHC Coordinator will be to oversee the day to day implementation of the service programs and ensuring the delivery of high quality education to support children. You will be in charge of program administration, rostering, supervising and assisting casual staff in running activities and maintaining cleanliness. Your duties will also include maintaining and updating the service QIP and ensuring you are operating at the highest level of compliance and prepared for Assessment and Rating. You will use your leadership and rapport building skills to encourage and motivate your team, assisting them with their own professional development and continually form positive relationships with the school, families and children. Experience and Qualifications: The successful applicant will have previous experience as an Outside of School Hours Care Manager and be able to demonstrate an ability to deliver a safe, caring and engaging program for primary aged children. A sound working knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, first aid qualifications and a valid Working With Children Check are also required for this position. Requirements: Diploma in Children's Services, or relevant Out of School Hours Care qualification Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis management certs.
