Parking is available near head office, and public transport is close by. About the Role We are seeking a HR professional who is an all-rounder. Your role will encompass, but not be limited to Strategic workforce planning through workforce scheduling, rostering, and mobility management; Planning & delivering internal engagement activities and events; Management of end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing to meet demand & seasonal headcount levels; Employment relations – consulting on queries, performance management, and assessing employee relations risks to determine appropriate action; Design & deliver training and succession planning for leaders and employees to ensure success into the future; and Work closely with finance to ensure payroll compliance in line with National Employment Standards, Industry Awards, and casual rates. About You Tertiary qualifications in human resources, employment relations, business law, or related business discipline OR equivalent, demonstrated work experience in a HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or standalone HR role; Practical, hands-on attitude and approach – you’re ok with chipping in other areas when team mates need support, because that’s what it takes to work on a collaborative team (you will be recognised for this at this company!); and Some previous industry experience across sporting or agriculture sectors will come highly regarded, however your background may have managed blue collar or operational workforces.
