This role is ideal for someone with a solid HR generalist background (5 years) and a commitment to driving best practices, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and supporting business improvement. As an HRBP, you'll play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives that enhance the business's performance. Reporting directly to the HR Director and collaborating with a close-knit HR team, your role will be varied touching on all facets of HR. This is an end-to-end HR generalist role that will allow you to make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities: Business Partnering : Work with leaders across the business to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals. Coaching and Development : Provide guidance and support to team members and managers for career growth and development. Talent Management : Contribute to the attraction, retention, and development of top talent. Health and Safety : Ensure a safe and compliant workplace while promoting health and wellbeing. Policy Development & Review : Develop and implement HR policies to ensure best practice. Performance Management & Culture : Foster a positive culture, drive performance reviews, and improve workplace satisfaction. Remuneration & Benefits : Advise on competitive compensation and benefit structures. Employment Relations : Manage industrial relations and ensure a harmonious work environment. Digital HR Transformation Projects & Innovation: Be involved with companywide projects What We're Looking For: Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR, with solid generalist HR experience and worked with Australian Employment Legislation Skills & Abilities: Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven coaching and mentoring capabilities. High commercial acumen and practical problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability in workplace investigations and resolutions. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Knowledge of the retail or financial industry is desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with policy development, performance management, and WHS.
