About the role Based at our T2 Support Office in Collingwood, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Wholesale team in the role of Wholesale Sales Support Team Leader reporting to the Head of Wholesale. The Wholesale Sales Support Team Leader will be accountable for leading the efficient and effective delivery of customer service to the Global wholesale customer base and the Wholesale Sales Team. The scope of the role includes management of a Sales Support Coordinator, driving continuous improvement from Sales Support and delivering exceptional customer service levels to support the achievement of the T2 Wholesale goals, working closely with Sales, Finance and our DC partners. Key Success Measures Lead and inspire a team that is customer obsessed. All orders, customer case management and customer enquiries to meet agreed SLA. Decreasing number of credits/returns due to process or performance. New Business inbound leads management and processed within the required SLA. Improvement in the % of accepted accounts who place first orders and active role in reducing customer churn and management of customer re-engagement. Provide direct sales support to KAM/BDM Team, facilitating administrative customer care (Product Submission Forms etc). Active contribution to the improvement of process, productivity, and reporting for Sales Support and the wider Wholesale business. Achieving set performance objectives on service levels and sales.
