About the Role We're seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Manager or Assistant Manager with a powerful background in bridal or intimates retail to lead and elevate the client journey in one of Melbourne's most exquisite retail settings - located just outside the CBD. You'll be responsible for driving conversion through intentional sales strategy, mentoring a talented team, and delivering an unmatched experience for each and every bride.
