Role Highlights: As a Senior HR Consultant at Harrisons, you will work as the HR Manager for our clients, with key responsibilities including: Reviewing and developing the HR function to support our clients. Providing comprehensive HR management advice, focusing on coaching managers on performance management, leadership development, and compliance. Leading employee engagement initiatives, HR Health Checks, and the development of the HR framework including HRIS. Spearheading resourcing strategies, including the attraction, selection, and onboarding of new team members, and the development of Employer Brand strategies. Manage diverse HR/ER/L&D projects to boost organisational effectiveness and culture. As the standalone HR Manager for our clients, the role is hands-on, strategic, and relationship-driven—delivering practical solutions while shaping long-term people strategies that align with each business’s goals and culture. About you: Proven experience in employee relations, with a strong understanding of ER practices and legislation. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong generalist HR background, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, OD, HR/ER, psychology, employment law, or similar fields. A background in diverse industries, such as professional services, NFP, manufacturing is highly regarded Experience with ELMO, Employment Hero or similar HRIS systems is highly desirable.
