This is a key broad skilled administrative level role within the Strategy & Corporate Affairs Group focused primarily on assisting the Leadership Team and Chief Strategy & Corporate Affairs Officer with the day-to-day administrative support of the teams including Legal, Communications, Public Policy & Strategy. Your role will contribute to the development of the team culture and representing the Brand of the Strategy & Corporate Affairs Team positively throughout Rest. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the leadership team and Executive Calendar management and co-ordination for the Chief Strategy & Corporate Affairs Officer and on-demand calendar support for up to 4-5 members of the Leadership Team. Attending team meetings, preparing papers, meeting agendas, recording minutes, and deploying actions. Co-ordinate meetings and organise offsites for the leadership team, including venues and agendas, collating materials, and noting actions and minutes. Administrative support for Leadership team including, travel bookings, invoice upload and reconciliation, document management and catering Assist with the coordination of projects and people across the teams, new initiatives, and reporting requirements. As requested, assist with key communications, reporting, data requests or packs for the Leadership team. Encourage and coordinate member participation in learning and development (L&D) programs to improve employee skills, knowledge, and high performance. Contribute positively to the running of the teams
