A respected independent school on Sydney’s Lower North Shore is seeking a Property Services Coordinator to support their campuses with transport management, event coordination, and facilities operations. They are looking for a proactive and highly organised coordinator with a flair for logistics, events, and day-to-day operations to join their team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making things run smoothly. The role is a full-time permanent position and is fully office based. The Role: Transport Management Manage and plan internal and external transport bookings for school events and excursions Liaise with transport companies to ensure a seamless service Monitor provider KPIs and ensure transport services meet safety and compliance standards Maintain vehicle registers, service schedules, registrations, and insurance Handle fuel cards, e-tags, cab charges, and accident/insurance claims Event Coordination Liaise with the event manager, teachers, and the wider school community to schedule and coordinate events Coordinate equipment, setup/pack-down logistics, and resourcing for school events Briefing the operations team to ensure events spaces are set up correctly Assist with procurement of special event items and internal service liaison Contractor & Admin Support Liaise with suppliers, process invoices and purchase orders Ensure WHS compliance, inductions, and contractor management procedures are followed Attend operational meetings and support resource allocation Maintain orderly on-site and off-site storage, including asset registers and signage Process relevant invoices and manage defects, warranties, and replacements The Ideal Candidate: Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and tasks at one time Strong interpersonal and communication skills is essential ability to talk to people at all levels Excellent attention to detail A proactive, solutions-focused approach A current NSW driver’s licence is essential Experience in events, logistics, transport, or facilities coordination is ideal but not essential Confidence using Microsoft Office and IT systems What’s in it for you?
