Our client, a leading ASX-listed enterprise, is embarking on a significant digital transformation - transitioning from SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA across multiple business streams. They're looking for an Integration Manager to take overall accountability for transitioning the current ECC6 integration landscape to the future-state S/4HANA (PCE) and SuccessFactors environment. This role ensures alignment with SAP’s clean core principles and modern integration architecture. The successful candidate will lead the technical integration strategy, oversee development and integration resources, and serve as Chair of the Technical Design Authority (TDA). Working closely with the Integration Architect, this role will drive the realisation of the integration design, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across the program. This role also oversees development activities where our client retains responsibility, including code reviews, remediation planning, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and SAP extensibility guidelines. Essential Experience and Qualifications: 10 years of experience in SAP technology and integration leadership. Proven success in managing SAP ECC to S/4HANA transitions. Strong understanding of SAP integration technologies such as BTP, CPI, PI/PO and API Management. Experience leading technical teams and governance forums. Extensive experience with complex integrations involving SAP ASM & FI/CO and external partner systems. Deep knowledge of clean core principles and SAP extensibility models. Deep knowledge of Azure API gateway, Mulesoft and AWS gateway Desirable: Experience with SuccessFactors and cross-platform integration. Experience with Interface testing platforms such as Int4 suite Familiarity with infrastructure, services, or asset-heavy sectors. Exposure to agile delivery and DevOps practices General Responsibilities: Lead the transition of ECC6 integrations to S/4HANA and SuccessFactors. Chair the Technical Design Authority and ensure alignment with architectural standards. Collaborate with the Integration Architect to define and implement integration patterns. Oversee development and integration resources, ensuring quality and consistency. Enforce SAP clean core principles and minimise customisation. Manage technical risks and ensure compliance with security and performance standards. Oversee development activities and code reviews for Ventia-owned components. Ensure adherence to SAP extensibility guidelines and coding best practices. Engage with business and technical stakeholders to validate integration requirements. Support cutover planning and execution for integration components. Ensure readiness of integration solutions for go-live and post-go-live support. Contribute to solution governance and escalation forums (e.g., ARB, DRB, SSB).
