This position combines technical leadership with strategic team management, offering the opportunity to influence both technology and team performance at a high level. What You’ll Be Responsible For Partnering closely with Product Managers to assess and prioritize upcoming work. Translating business requirements into technical deliverables by breaking them down into an actionable backlog. Leading technical solution discussions and collaborating with Principal, Staff Engineers, and Software Architects to ensure scalable and maintainable implementation. Managing day-to-day workflow within the team — assigning work, ensuring progress, and removing blockers. Making informed decisions around task prioritization and delegation, with attention to both product goals and technical health. Overseeing the handling of incidents, ensuring timely resolution through effective team delegation. Maintaining and improving code quality, while safeguarding product stability and performance. Coaching and mentoring developers to build a culture of learning, collaboration, and high performance. Driving continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, and team practices. Technical Skills & Experience A minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience, with a strong foundation in .NET technologies . Proven experience in leading engineering teams or managing technical delivery across complex projects. Solid understanding of event-driven systems , microservices , and domain-driven design (DDD) . Strong focus on clean code principles, testing, and continuous delivery practices. Ability to define, uphold, and communicate engineering standards and best practices.
