The Opportunity We’re seeking an Enterprise Data Transformation Lead to work closely with the Head of Data Platforms, helping design and implement a clear roadmap for platform uplift, governance, and team structure. You’ll play a hands-on role in executing this transformation providing both strategic direction and practical delivery expertise to ensure success. What You'll Be Doing Leading program delivery across multiple data domains, including finance, marketing, IT and more Designing and implementing a data platform uplift roadmap that supports both enterprise reporting and advanced analytics. Advising on the data technology strategy, ensuring the right toolset is in place without unnecessary duplication ( Snowflake, Talend, Informatica). Facilitating prioritisation conversations with senior stakeholders to determine sequencing across multiple data streams. Driving a truly enterprise-wide data governance approach, beyond a single system or toolset. Supporting high-impact initiatives such as personalisation and deep dive analytics Reshaping the team structure to maintain day-to-day operations while enabling enhancements and long-term evolution of the platform. What We’re Looking For A deeply experienced data leader with a hands-on background in data warehousing, you understand what best practice looks like and how to deliver it. A strategic communicator and active listener, able to hold technical teams accountable while bringing stakeholders on the journey. A strong sense of vision, someone who sees data engineering as a way to enable scalable access and insights across the organisation. Confident navigating enterprise environments, managing multiple workstreams, and balancing BAU with future-state planning. Leadership capability that inspires, uplifts, and creates clarity in complex technical settings. Experience working in diverse teams and engaging with multiple vendors. Why This Role?
