The Opportunity Working just 9km south east from Sydney CBD and with ample parking and public transport (buses nearby), this is a superb opportunity to either get a start in Property Management, or step up from your current assistant or junior Property Management role. Here you’ll be provided training and mentoring by seasoned industry experts. This is an office based Monday to Friday role. What you will be doing As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll be focused on supporting the senior Property Management team. This is an office based role with variety, where you’ll also get “out and about” doing property inspections. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with routine property inspections and reporting Coordinating repairs and maintenance Communicating with tenants and landlords Supporting lease renewals, ingoings and outgoings General administration and file management About you We are open to hiring someone with little or no industry experience, as long as you’re eager to learn.
