ABOUT THE ROLE This is an exciting (and rare-to-find!) newly-created Executive Assistant role, which will provide ongoing strategic support to an incoming C-Suite Executive. Becoming a trusted partner to the Executive (and wider leadership team, by extension), the successful candidate will coordinate travel and meetings, assist in project management, manage correspondence and scheduling, ultimately ensuring a seamless workflow on behalf of the COO and wider team. This role is suited to an individual who is proactive, flexible to change, and eager to truly work alongside an inspiring and passionate leader. DUTIES Effectively and professionally manage incoming correspondence, calls, and visitors Coordinate complex travel (international and domestic), meeting, and calendar arrangements Support with the preparation of agendas, minute-taking, and effectively manage follow-ups on action items Assist with project coordination and strategic initiatives – strong stakeholder engagement across the organisation Provide support in the planning and implementation of internal and external events SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 4 years’ of supporting a C-Suite level Executive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment Proactive in nature, with effective problem-solving skills and the confidence to execute decisions Previous exposure managing complex diary, travel, and meeting arrangements Strong written and verbal communication skills when liaising with senior stakeholders Openness to change and flexible in approach, with a view for continuous improvement Previous exposure to the healthcare industry is a benefit, but not a requirement BENEFITS Join one of Australia’s largest and leading healthcare organisations, with offices all over the globe!
