The Role This is a high-impact opportunity to join a collaborative workplace relations team supporting operations, logistics, and corporate environments across Australia. As a Workplace Relations Advisor, you’ll provide timely and pragmatic guidance to business leaders on employee matters, enterprise agreement interpretation, workplace disputes, and performance-related cases. You will support day-to-day operations and also contribute to the broader workplace relations strategy, including enterprise bargaining and policy reform. This role suits a confident communicator who thrives in unionised environments and is comfortable managing complexity across a large, distributed workforce.
