Reporting into an experienced and well-respected Head of Reward and as part of a broader Reward team of 5 – you will run with market benchmarking, completing job evaluations, and annual cyclical activity; whilst applying your analytical skills to complex Job Architecture and HRIS projects. On the back of significant organisational transformation, there are a backlog of genuinely interesting reward initiatives that need your attention! What is in it for you?
