What is the objective of this role? As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead our product management and design function and one our multi-disciplinary product squads, delivering innovative SaaS/PaaS products that drive customer success and business growth. What you’ll do in this role You'll be responsible for: driving the overall product strategy, roadmaps, and release management across the organization contributing to overall organization strategy and planning building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders conducting broad market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions leading multi-disciplinary product teams including designers, analysts, developers, and testers defining and championing product objectives and translating product roadmap into actionable plans defining and tracking key metrics and KPIs across strategic, product and team levels gathering and analyzing customer feedback and data to drive product decisions managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on business impact preparing product documentation including product requirements, work breakdown and prioritization to direct designers, developers and testers progress towards product objectives evaluating product success through customer metrics and feedback to drive continuous product improvement leading and mentoring Product Managers and Product Designers driving strong product culture and best practice operations across the Product Management & Design function and product teams.
