Job Description At Shift, we put our customers and business first and our Product Designers play a key role in making that happen. As a Product Designer, you’ll work across multiple platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex problems into clear, effective solutions. You’ll be supporting both our existing customers and the internal teams who serve them. This is an end-to-end role, where you’ll be involved in everything from identifying opportunities to delivering robust, high-quality interfaces especially where visual execution and differentiation really matter. What you'll do: Participate in the end-to-end design process, from discovery through to execution Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to define and shape the user experience Map out customer journeys and task flows from end to end Design and prototype user interfaces that meet business and user needs Validate your designs using pragmatic and lean methods Advocate for product design by sharing work early, promoting best practices, and building strong relationships with stakeholders
