CONSTANT Security is seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Site Manager to oversee daily operations for a corporate site. This is a key leadership position offering stability, professionalism, and an excellent work-life balance. The Role Leading and coordinating all daily security operations. Supervising and mentoring a team of security officers. Managing access control systems and ensuring secure entry for staff, contractors, and visitors. Monitoring CCTV systems and responding proactively to potential threats. Acting as the primary point of contact for all security matters, including emergency response. Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional, visible presence. Ensuring compliance with all security protocols, legislation, and industry regulations. Building strong working relationships with client representatives and internal stakeholders. What We're Looking For Certificate II in Security Operations NSW Security License & First Aid Demonstrated experience in a security leadership role within a corporate/concierge environment. High level of computer literacy and initiative, including experience with advanced security systems. Experience in security audits, compliance, and incident reporting.
