Join a high-impact SAP S/4HANA implementation program delivering transformation across Finance, Procurement, HR/Payroll, and Real Estate. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a complex greenfield build with sophisticated integration, multi-agency collaboration, and significant post-go-live activities. 1. SAP Test Analysts Multiple positions available across: Finance & Procurement Payroll & HR Integration Testing Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute SAP test scripts aligned to functional or integration streams. Support UAT execution, defect management, and test evidence collection. Collaborate with Functional SMEs and Integration teams to validate outcomes and handoffs (e.g., HR → Payroll, Vendor creation → PO workflow). Participate in regression cycles, retesting, and issue resolution as required. Essential Experience: Prior experience testing within relevant SAP modules (Finance, Payroll, HCM, etc.). Proficiency in executing formal SAP test scripts and logging defects. Experience with qTest highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, test documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. 2. SAP Test Lead Key Responsibilities: Define and drive test strategy and planning across SAP workstreams: Finance, Procurement, RE-FX, HCM, and Payroll. Ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment to solution design. Govern test execution using qTest (mandatory), managing cycles including UAT, PVT, regression, and defect triage. Lead and mentor a team of 5–7 Test Analysts ; coordinate activities across vendors (e.g., Accenture), product teams, and business units. Oversee test reporting cadence and risk/issues log; deliver weekly progress updates to senior stakeholders. Essential Experience: Proven track record as a Test Lead on complex SAP programs (preferably in government). Deep expertise with qTest and test governance frameworks. Skilled in coordinating across business domains and managing defect lifecycle. Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive delivery focus. Working Conditions: Hybrid work model: 2 days/week onsite in Parramatta (Thu & Fri mandatory). Onsite and weekend work may be required during critical phases (e.g., cutover, go-live).
