Associate Director – ICT Project Delivery Location: Parramatta (Hybrid/WFH) Rate: Up to $665/day super Contract Duration: ASAP start – 30 June 2026 We’re currently seeking an experienced ICT project professional to drive the strategic delivery of a major government technology initiative. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end implementation of a large-scale digital project, with a focus on quality assurance, change management, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll manage project planning, procurement, reporting, and governance, while ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and to organisational standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all phases of the ICT project to ensure delivery within scope, budget and timelines Develop detailed project plans and oversee implementation and operationalisation Manage procurement of ICT solutions in collaboration with procurement teams Monitor progress, risks and benefits realisation through robust project tracking frameworks Provide governance support, facilitate communications, and ensure appropriate methodologies are followed Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Manage resources to optimise delivery and align with business priorities About You: Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive project outcomes Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience Familiarity with both agile and traditional project management methodologies Extensive experience in technology-related project planning, development, and project management Experience in the development, management, and improvement of project systems, change management initiatives, and implementation of quality assurance processes This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-impact digital transformation within a dynamic public sector environment.
