Job Description The Venue Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of this 120-seat rooftop venue, with direct oversight of both floor and bar. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, energy, and creativity to a role that blends operations management with guest experience strategy. Key responsibilities include: Leading daily venue operations across both floor and bar Collaborating with the bar team to design and implement seasonal drinks programs Recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing service team Driving guest engagement and ensuring service consistency Managing staffing levels, floor systems, and supplier relationships Service focus with admin time allocated Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be a confident leader with a strong background in casual dining and beverage-focused venues. A hands-on approach and a passion for team development and service excellence are essential.
