Description We’re looking for someone who knows how to unlock value through the Microsoft ecosystem, and who brings both commercial acumen and curiosity about how AI is reshaping work. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead new business acquisition across mid-market and enterprise clients, with a focus on cloud, AI and modern workplace solutions Identify and develop pipeline opportunities around Microsoft Copilot, Azure, Azure OpenAI and AI agents Guide customers through AI and digital transformation journeys—from vision and ideation to delivery and adoption Build executive-level relationships to shape and influence client strategy Develop and execute go-to-market plans with Microsoft and other ecosystem partners Collaborate with architects and consultants to craft compelling, outcome-led proposals Expand opportunities within existing accounts by overlaying Azure and AI solution areas Exceed quarterly sales and pipeline targets Actively represent Rapid Circle in AI and Microsoft events, roundtables and co-sell initiatives What You’ll Bring: 8 years’ experience in business development or solution sales, ideally in IT services or cloud consulting Strong track record selling Microsoft solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, OpenAI) and/or managed services Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, digital transformation, and the business value of AI Proven ability to create new logo wins and structure large, multi-year deals Strong relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem Ability to connect strategic vision with real-world delivery, particularly in AI and agent adoption Confident, clear communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills Comfortable working both independently and as part of a high-performing, cross-functional team Why Join Us?
