This is a critical role within our technology transformation portfolio, involving the implementation of Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, mobility solutions, identity and access management, and change management initiatives. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects under the Digital Workplace Program, on time, within scope and budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, HR, Facilities, and Communications. Manage project scope, schedule, financials, and resource plans. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain a RAID log. Prepare and present project status reports and updates to stakeholders and governance forums. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure alignment with project objectives. Ensure strong adoption of new digital tools through engagement and change management planning. Support user readiness and transition activities including training, communications, and support plans. Skills and Experience Proven experience (5 years) in project management, delivering workplace or IT transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom, Slack). Experience managing projects related to device lifecycle, desktop engineering, mobility, and identity management. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience working in complex environments with matrix teams and external vendors. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) preferred. Desirable Background in large-scale organizational change or digital transformation programs. Familiarity with end-user computing (EUC), security, and workplace support models.
