We're working with a high profile Aussie brand that are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Business Analyst to join a high-performing team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing their enterprise ERP platform. This role is focused on gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O, working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. You will be instrumental in driving business process improvements, supporting end-to-end implementation, and enabling users to get the most out of D365 F&O. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to finance, operations, procurement, and supply chain processes. Translate business needs into functional specifications , workflows, and user stories for development teams. Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and D365 F&O capabilities. Assist in solution design, system configuration , and support of customisations. Support UAT , training, and change management processes across relevant business units. Act as a liaison between functional teams and technical resources, ensuring smooth delivery of enhancements and upgrades. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for live environments, identifying root causes and recommending improvements. Ensure alignment with project timelines, scope, and business expectations. Skills & Experience Required 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst working specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) . Strong knowledge of Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets) modules . Experience with end-to-end ERP implementations or major upgrade projects. Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is highly desirable. Ability to write functional documentation, user stories, and process maps (e.g., BPMN or Visio). Skilled in stakeholder engagement and change management within complex enterprise environments. Experience with Azure DevOps / Lifecycle Services (LCS) is an advantage. Knowledge of business processes across finance, operations, and procurement.
