The Role We are looking for a highly-organised and motivated Conveyancer/Property Paralegal to join a Doyle's guide recognised Partner and their team. Work on a variety of matters across multiple jurisdictions, including residential, commercial, high-end developments and off the plan. Duties Handle a wide range of conveyancing matters from open to completion Obtain instructions from clients Review and prepare Contracts of Sale, and submit all necessary documents Attend to all settlement completion processes Maintain and oversee organisation of matters to ensure smooth transaction processes Skills & Experience Up-to-date experience as a Conveyancer or Property Paralegal Strong team player with excellent attention to detail and organisation skills Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities A people-person who can adapt to a collaborative national team Culture & Benefits As part of this inspiring national firm you will enjoy genuine career development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and industry leading salary packages.
