About the Role As a Senior Associate, you will lead matters involving merger clearances, ACCC investigations, strategic regulatory advice and litigation. You will support clients navigating complex competition risks, advise on regulatory compliance and represent them in responding to investigations, enforcement and review processes. You will work closely with experienced partners and contribute to the mentoring of junior lawyers. The role offers high visibility across firm leadership and the opportunity to help shape major market transactions and regulatory policy developments.
