We’re seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Academic Quality to lead academic support services and drive innovation across academic integrity, accreditation, workforce planning, and learning & development for our team of sessional teaching staff. What you’ll lead: Strategic alignment of academic support functions with institutional goals. Academic integrity and accreditation frameworks, including GenAI risk mitigation. Data-informed workforce planning and scalable sessional teaching staff allocation models. Capability-building programs for academic staff across multiple delivery teams. Systems and process innovation to embed efficiency and reduce risk. A high-performing, cross-functional team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement. What success looks like: Robust, documented workflows and scalable systems that support quality and continuity. Reduced academic misconduct through authentic assessment and proactive, educative integrity strategies Optimised workforce planning aligned with compliance, pedagogy, and commercial goals. Modern, flexible L&D programs that support teaching staff readiness and partner alignment. Strong stakeholder engagement and governance contributions across academic and operational teams. What you’ll bring: Postgraduate qualifications in education, quality assurance, or a related field. Proven leadership in academic quality, integrity, or workforce planning. Experience driving change and innovation across complex, multi-partner environments. Deep understanding of TEQSA and regulatory compliance. Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.
