The Business Support Coordinator is responsible for delivering comprehensive corporate travel administration support to employees across the Monash IVF Group as well as supporting to the Procurement Manager, assisting with procurement-related documentation, supplier coordination, Supplier negotiation and other operational tasks as required. Responsibilities will include: Coordinate and manage end-to-end travel bookings for corporate employees, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and travel itineraries. Manage travel bookings and logistics for employees participating in the Satellite Program, ensuring alignment with project timelines and program-specific requirements. Assist the Procurement Manager to manage the national centralised procurement function Handle general procurement enquiries from internal staff (pricing, sourcing, advice, handling supplier notices, general engagement with suppliers) Work with Accounts Payable team to assist with reconciliation of overdue invoices, coding of routine invoices, credit applications Ad hoc administration tasks as directed by the Executive Assistant to CEO Are you the ideal candidate for us?
