IT Infrastructure Manager $160 - 180K Super Melbourne – Multinational FMCG The Company Our Melbourne based client are an established, publicly listed organisation who are going through quite a bit of growth at the moment and as a result have lots of big projects taking place across their IT function. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of IT infrastructure, including cybersecurity, networks, telephony, cloud services, databases, backups, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance. Lead and manage a team of infrastructure specialists and external vendors. Deliver infrastructure-related projects such as upgrades, migrations, and optimisations. Monitor and report on system performance, downtime, service levels, and operational KPIs. Contribute to the development of departmental and enterprise IT strategies. Ensure infrastructure compliance with cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO 27001, APRA CPS 234). Define and maintain roadmaps for network, server, storage, cybersecurity, and DR environments. Your Background/Experience Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or Information Technology. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, including 3 years in a leadership role. Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware & ITIL. Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, MS SQL, Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform. Strong hands-on experience with Cisco network technologies: LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, SD-WAN, firewalls, routers, switches. Solid understanding of VMware, SAN storage, and data centre technologies. Experience in end-user computing environments, including desktop/laptop management, profile management, and application delivery. What’s On Offer?
