Salesforce including leads portal, tablets, etc.) THE ROLE You will provide the business support necessary to the Robert Half QLD Director and the Sales teams to ensure the smooth, efficient functioning of all divisions and the wider branch including: Manage meetings diary and coordinating the availability of meeting rooms. Data entry Supporting the recruitment team Formatting resumes to adhere to company standards Organising job advertisements for internet and trade publications Involvement in team projects and marketing events Provide all applicable forms to candidates and assist with document completion Ensure compliance needs are checked and met Prepare meeting rooms for client interviews and providing refreshments to clients as required. Answering and directing incoming telephone calls whilst providing courteous and efficient service to clients and candidates Ensure that the office and conference rooms maintain a professional demeanour Greet visitors (clients, candidates, vendors, etc.) arriving at the office and direct to the appropriate person. Further ad hoc duties THE INDIVIDUAL To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong administration experience with an ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy and attention to detail. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
