Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-value business change projects as part of a major transformation program within a large government infrastructure division. Working within the Portfolio Management Office of the Infrastructure Services Division, you will drive delivery of one or more non-technical transformation projects, focusing on establishing new operational functions, governance models and business practices that enhance the maturity of service delivery. Rate: Circa $120.00 per hour super Location: Brisbane CBD Contract Length: 12 months Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management from concept to delivery Develop project briefs, governance documents, and delivery schedules Apply PRINCE2, Agile, or other methodologies suited to business-led transformation Engage extensively with stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes Identify and manage risks, interdependencies and change impacts Contribute to organisational capability uplift, change integration and sustainability Support continuous improvement through reporting and lessons learned Requirements: Proven experience in managing complex business change/transformation projects Ability to lead cross-functional project teams in a matrix environment Experience establishing new operational teams or functions High-level stakeholder engagement and communication skills Familiarity with project tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, JIRA) Knowledge of project and change frameworks (PRINCE2, Agile, PROSCI, etc.) Tertiary qualifications in project management, business or related discipline This is a fantastic opportunity to lead meaningful transformation that improves service delivery and builds operational capability across a critical infrastructure-focused department.
