Initial 3 month contract with possible extension Brisbane based location Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in a large, multi-year transformation project, focused on replacing existing Client and Grants management systems with a new CRM-based solution. With platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics under consideration, this opportunity offers the chance to shape and lead solution architecture across the program lifecycle. You’ll provide architectural leadership, ensure technical alignment with business requirements, and contribute to the delivery of scalable, future-focused solutions. You will also assist in establishing the Solution Architecture function and provide guidance and coaching to an internal resource new to this space. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage the development of solution architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and system standards. Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Provide expert advice on architecture design, integration, and system enhancements throughout the project. Guide quality assurance processes and deliverables reviews. Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure solution fit and functionality. Support knowledge sharing and uplift of internal capability through mentoring and coaching. About you: Proven experience delivering complex ICT-based solutions and enterprise-aligned architectures. Strong knowledge of solution design methodologies, standards, and tools. Demonstrated experience with CRM systems, ideally including Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 . Effective stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and lead across all levels. Ability to provide coaching and architectural leadership in a hands-on capacity. Experience establishing or maturing architecture functions is highly desirable.
