Join an industry leading RF and communications Technology company, Leadership role in the Technical Service Support team. You will be based in the Brisbane workshop/Office providing support to the Field teams working across Queensland, Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electronics Technician with experience across mining and radio communications technologies. Responsibilities: Provide both remote and onsite support to field technicians and client/customers. Coordinate daily workshop operations and task assignments Prioritises day to day work and technical effort based on Service Desk Respond to high-level technical issues and provide hands-on support Ensures all new and existing Managed Services Agreements meet their Service Level Agreement deadlines Maintain and manage technical infrastructure to meet SLAs Mentor and train junior technicians Engage contractors and ensure site maintenance Prepare and review service quotes Be part of the on-call roster and handle issues independently Foster a strong safety culture and support continuous improvement. Skills & Experience: Expertise in digital (TETRA, P25, DMR) and analogue (AM/FM) radio, LMR/microwave antenna systems, and DC power setups Experience as Team lead or supervisory role would be highly valued. Fault-finding to component level Reading complex circuit diagrams Strong analytical, organisational & time management skills Ability to manage changing priorities and resources Proficiency in SNMP and Microsoft Office Cert III in Electronics and Communications (UEE30911) or equivalent IP networking and routing knowledge Great communication and interpersonal skills Please submit a copy of your resume or for more information contact Luke luke@wynco.com.au
