Responsibilities : Administration of SAP HANA databases (primary), ASE and optionally DB2. Handle installation, upgrades, backup & recovery, performance tuning, and security. Design and implement HA/DR strategies and system copies. Drive scripting and automation for operational efficiency. Maintain day-to-day documentation and operational runbooks. Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes. Contribute to optimization and tuning of system performance. Work independently in a production environment with global stakeholders. 9 years of DBA experience with strong expertise in SAP HANA; ASE/DB2 is a plus. Strong Linux knowledge. Proven track record in operational roles with 24/7 support and on-call experience. Experience with scripting and automation tools/processes. Knowledge of database security, export-import, replication, and system copies. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus. Professional certification in database platforms is desirable. Project management exposure is advantageous. Availability to start operations within 4 weeks.
