The Role: Maintain contact with injured workers, encouraging active participation in rehabilitation programs. Lead the delivery and ongoing development of the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Management System. Develop and document Return to Work Plans in consultation with relevant stakeholders. Facilitate return-to-work programs by collaborating with employees, managers, insurers, and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices in health and safety. Provide expert advice on health, safety, and well-being across multiple business units. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and safe work method statements. Lead Health & Safety Committees, supporting representatives to be effective in their roles. Your Experience: Cert IV or higher in WHS (Work Health & Safety). Experience in a Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Advisory position. Advanced knowledge of NSW WHS legislation, methodologies, and best practices. Strong problem-solving and consultation skills. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Change management expertise and ability to facilitate collaborative relationships. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to assess and manage risk while driving for results. Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach.
