We’re hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant for a leading global SaaS company to help scale their marketing automation platform across ANZ. This newly created role will see you partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Onboarding teams to support and win high-value enterprise clients. You'll also play a key role in shaping global product development by sharing insights from the region. What You’ll Do Be the go-to platform SME, providing in-depth technical guidance to internal commercial teams Deliver compelling product demos, solution walkthroughs, and high-impact customer consultations Translate complex business problems into clear technical solutions and implementation plans Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support RFPs, troubleshoot complex issues, and accelerate revenue Provide enablement to internal teams across Sales, Partnerships, and Onboarding Work closely with global peers and product teams to share customer insights and influence platform development What You’ll Need to Succeed Proven experience in a Solutions Consultant , Sales Engineer , or Technical Specialist role Strong understanding of email marketing platforms or marketing automation solutions (e.g. Klaviyo, SFMC, Braze) Practical knowledge of APIs , integrations, and eComm platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce Confident communicator - able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, from sales reps to CTOs Experience leading live product demos and technical discovery sessions Self-starter mindset - comfortable working independently but highly collaborative by nature Bonus: Experience in SMS or RCS messaging , or exposure to FinTech or eCommerce industries The Opportunity!
