You’ll be promoting a highly regarded product range used in multi-residential and commercial developments, dealing directly with builders, project managers, site teams, and contractors. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing a clear sales plan to grow market share Actively sourcing and converting leads into long-term customers Managing end-to-end sales processes – quoting, follow-up, and closing Building strong relationships with builders, developers, and subcontractors Providing technical and product support throughout project lifecycles Attending industry trade shows, site meetings, and builder networking events WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We’re seeking a motivated, hands-on BDM with strong commercial instincts and experience working directly with builders and contractors.
