About the Role Are you a proven digital advertising sales professional with a knack for performance marketing? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where you own a large portfolio of clients and get to strategically grow revenue? Our client, a leading tech organisation partnering with major enterprise restaurant franchises, is looking for a Franchise Growth Sales Executive to drive digital marketing adoption among independently owned QSR franchisees. You'll be the go-to sales hunter who understands franchise dynamics, excels in consultative selling, and knows how to turn data into actionable insights that deliver results. What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle: outreach, pitch, close, execute, and report on digital advertising campaigns Manage a high volume of franchisee clients with tailored, scalable engagement strategies Lead both virtual and face-to-face meetings to educate, negotiate, and secure deals Collaborate with Enterprise Account Owners to align sales and growth initiatives Analyse campaign data to provide actionable insights and performance updates Build strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers across franchise groups What We're Looking For 5 years of advertising sales or account management experience , ideally with QSR or last-mile delivery clients Proven hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding sales targets in high-volume environments Deep understanding of digital advertising, especially performance marketing and retail media Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize outcomes Confident presenter comfortable leading business reviews and reporting results Experience with sales and outreach tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Mail Merge, Google Workspace) Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-moving environment Contract Details & Work Setup 6-month contract with strong potential for extension Hybrid work: 3 days onsite Sydney office, 2 days remote $55-65 per hour including super Monday - Friday, 38 hours/week
